My appointment was changed from the Mansfield office to the Waxahachie office. I arrived at 4:07 for a 4:00 PM appointment, and was turned away. I was told that all new patients need to be 30 minutes early. The receptionist pointed out a text message that was sent the same day that a telephone message was left that detailed the changed appointment, but did not make any mention to new patients being required to be 30 minutes early. To defer to an automated text over a live persons confirmation with no mention of the requirement to be 30 minutes early is simply not ok. It's poor customer service. I understand how valuable time is to everyone, even though as a patient, our time is never considered while we sit in a lobby for long periods of time. The fact that no accommodation whatsoever was made is frustrating. I listened to the voicemail but did not read past the confirmation text that detailed the time of the appointment, but at the last line was a note that all new patients must be 30 minutes early. That should literally be the FIRST line. As a patient, I do not want to be seen by a Dr that defers to a text message to scold me for failing to arrive "on time." I have a new job that I do not have time where I can be away to come back to a rescheduled appointment after taking this time off. Things are hard for everyone right now. And people who do not want to serve and help people who need it are not worthy of our trust. I'll take my medical needs to someone who wants me as a patient, one who doesn't scold me for not reading an insignificant text message after already receiving a telephonic confirmation that made no mention of the new patient requirement. There will always be those who say as a patient I should know that I have to be 15 minutes early, or however early, but also, when was the last time you were denied to be seen because you weren't 15 minutes early to an appointment? For me, I'm rarely rarely late unless it's out of my control, and this marks the first time I've ever been turned away. So, my recommendation, turn away before you step in the doors to see this Dr. Signed, a retired, 100% disabled, infantry officer who would have been 30 minutes early had I known to be.

The office staff and nurses were very nice and Dr Khalid was thorough, kind and caring. I look forward to my follow-up visit just to be sure all is still good!

When I went to get Blood Lab done 5 days after my Doctor's visit at a different location that my doctor recommended, I could not get anyone to fax over the order. Front desk is rude and unhelpful. the woman answering the phone is incompetent. No one was willing to assist me for a simple lab order to be faxed over to the lab. She claimed that ALL the medical assistant's were busy with patients. REALLY!? If my doctor ordered me to get labs done, it should have been in my charts and sent over after my last visit. some clueless front desk staff told the Clinical Laboratory staff that I didn't have an lab order, Lazy staff should be trained better.

Dr. Khalid is a caring and understanding Neurologist. He listens to his patients and willing to work with you and your other doctors. I was diagnosed with MS in 2005. Dr Khalid is my 4th neurologist. I have been his patient since 2020. After my last neurologist 2009-2020 retired. So I have the experience to recognize a good neurologist. Dr. Khalid goes above and beyond for his patients.

I am happy with the attention and care I received from Dr. Muhammad Arshad. I’m thankful for the MRI he’s ordered for my head, neck and back to find what’s causing my problems. I feel he’s doing everything he can and I appreciate it very much.

I wish I had been more informed on the plasmapheresis process and not just told go here for 10 days. I had to guess that I needed to pack for 10 days then go to the hospital. I wish I had been able to talk to the nurse before leaving because after I called and got a call back I knew what to do. It was very confusing. But Dr. Ashard is very quick about figuring out what the problem is getting treatment done. That I'm so grateful for.

Very good personality which is a big help since many specialialists tend to demonstrate an attitude toward patients of their knowledge and years of education, forgetting a human in need of care and concern is in their exam room. This doctor listens, hears what you say, and speaks in terms that are easy to comprehend, instead of long physician words to impress/concern. And this was the first appointment! Was greeted and checked in quickly and wa called back to aroom. My stats and medications were logged and D Khalid came in, We discussed how I was doing, any changes , did I need refills.I was really happy to have him back as my neurologist.
